Order acceptance

Your order is accepted when it is confirmed through Shopify checkout and payment is authorised. We may cancel and refund an order if fulfilment is not possible or if fraud checks fail.

Products are offered while available. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and provide a refund or alternative where appropriate.

Delivery options, shipping costs and available destinations are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
