Returns and Refund Policy

Nuvora serves customers in Europe. This policy explains returns, refunds and your statutory consumer rights for online purchases.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union and you buy online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.

To use this right, contact us at frostyroyy@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, name and the product you want to return.

Return condition

Returned products should be unused, clean, complete and in their original packaging where reasonably possible. Please pack the product securely for return shipment.

Return shipping

Unless the product is faulty or we offer otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods during the 14-day withdrawal period. Shipping fees paid for delivery may be handled according to applicable consumer law and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Faulty or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at frostyroyy@gmail.com with your order number and photos. EU consumers also have statutory guarantee rights for faulty goods.

Exceptions

Some products may not be eligible for return where the law allows exceptions, for example sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, personalised goods, or goods damaged by misuse.
