Nuvora is prepared for European customer orders. Shipping options, delivery countries, shipping prices and final delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing can take longer during high-volume periods or when address verification is required.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping method available at checkout. If tracked delivery is available for your order, tracking information will be sent after dispatch.

Taxes and prices

Prices in the store are displayed in CZK and include tax where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel appears delayed or lost, contact us with your order number and we will help review the shipment status.
